Apprenticeships ensure that your employees have the practical skills and qualifications your business needs now and for the future. The qualifications are split into units allowing you to pick and choose how to specifically tailor the qualification to meet both your business requirements and the employees specific areas of development.

We can support any existing employees through a Modern Apprenticeship/SVQ if they are in a suitable job role. 

We can also provide an apprenticeship recruitment service. Since we began, we have recruited hundreds of young people into Modern Apprenticeship (MA) roles.

  • Does the qualification require time away from work?

    Modern Apprenticeships/SVQs are work-based. Therefore, our assessor will come to your workplace so your employee does not require time away from work to complete their qualification. The e-portfolio allows the candidate to easily submit work and communicate with their assessor remotely.
