Fair Work First

Fair Work First is the Scottish Government’s policy for driving good quality and fair work in Scotland. Rewards Training is committed to applying Fair Work practices within our own organisation and expect Employers participating in MA programmes to adopt practices as part of a fair and equitable employment and reward package and as a route to progressing towards wider fair work practices set out in the Fair Work Framework.
