Lorraine Carruthers

Lorraine has over 25 years' experience in the HR and Training field. Lorraine is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.


Lorraine delivers a wide variety of training, including open courses and bespoke training in HR and Management topics. She also delivers longer duration programmes that are designed and delivered around the specific requirements of various organisations. Lorraine has designed and delivered ILM programmes at Award and Certificate level for a number of years. Lorraine’s style of delivery is interactive and engaging with excellent feedback.

Susan McDonald

Susan is an experienced Learning and Development Professional with over 25 years’ experience. She is also an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching and is responsible for delivering both the ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching and the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring at Rewards Training.


Susan is very engaging and has an ability to connect with people at different levels. She is passionate about developing people and finds it very rewarding.
