Introduction to Diversity and Inclusion

An online training course that introduces supervisors to the principles of diversity and inclusion. This course has been approved by ECITB.

Delegates will be awarded a certificate of training on completion of the online knowledge test.

- Detail the supervisor’s legal responsibilities in the work environment
- Explain the supervisor’s commercial responsibilities
How is the course delivered?

The programme will be delivered on Zoom (an online platform), which allows sharing of the trainers screen, full video and audio, chat function and whiteboard function.

Learning will be spread over 2 online sessions of 2.5 hours.
