It covers the content of both the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications but it is designed for Senior Managers, HR professionals and those who are responsible for leading and managing a positive mental health culture within their organisation.

  • How is the course delivered?

    This course will be delivered over 12 hours in a face to face environment.


This qualification is approved for up to £200 ITA funding depending on eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Aged 16 or over
  • Not in education or involved in any other SDS funded programme
  • Unemployed and looking to get back into work
  • Currently employed and earning less than £22,000 per year
  • Resident in Scotland
